A regular day

In class we are still putting everything together for our College Bound Radio. Yesterday our group was organizing what we were going to talk about and all that stuff. Today we're going to be starting off our recordings. Other than that this program is going good. Same thing, different day.

College Bound Radio

So.. in the Technology class we're working on our own radio station. It's pretty fun and exciting. In my group we're working on air so we're basically making up ideas on what to talk about and what's going to be done. We start to get hyper when we use photobooth to take group pictures. I'm really looking foward for this radio station :)

Hackensack Riverkeeper

Today I've seen a lot of beautiful and different things I don't normally see in Union City. Most people should really take time off and go to the Hackensack River keeper to learn about our surroundings. Years ago the Hackensack Riverkeeper was so polluted no living things were around but people wanted to make a difference and helped protect it so it can be clean. Today, there are plenty of different fishes and birds living their lives. It's amazing to know that after so many years of pollution there are finally living things. Everybody can make a difference in the environment. Recycling plays a big role in keeping communities cleaned. In my opinion, everybody should consider keeping our community clean because nature is beautiful.

College Bound

At first I thought this program was going to be a pain in the neck and i really didn't want to be a part of it because it would take time off after school, on Saturdays, and during the summer but I'm glad I'm a part of it. I grew to like it and have fun in the classes and activities. It's a great opportunity to get a little experience of how College is going to be and be prepared for it. I've learned and experienced a bunch of stuff throughout the whole year and in the end of this all I know for a fact I'll be more improved and experienced in school. Today, the first day of College Bound during the summer has finally begun. I expect to learn and be prepared for my following high school year even though we'd probably just review over things we've already learned. I expect alot for the couple of weeks and in the end of this all I know I'll be proud of myself for sticking to this program.
